Provider Portals
ebhr Provider Portals is a healthcare provider’s single log-in and source for all patient-centric clinical information. This Portals enables providers to stay connected with all vital and critical information about their patients and also collaborate with other providers for referrals and consults.

Provider Portals over core health record repository provided by ebhr is an easy and secure way to view, modify, and report patient’s health information anywhere anytime. The intuitive graphical user interface allows providers to even contribute to building patients’ electronic medical record even if they do not have an access to a full-features electronic medical record. Providers can view and amend patient demographics, insurance information, allergies, directives, medications, problems, functional status, referrals, education handouts, lab/test results etc. through a single sing-on.

Typical of any Web based system, providers could collaborate among themselves and also with patients, by way of sharing a common denominator of patient’s health record as represented by HL7 CCD (Continuity of Care Document). Such collaboration results in increased efficiencies, higher patient satisfaction and lower costs.
