This major interface launch proves the commitment of Medical Communication Systems and Bioreference to HL7 – the healthcare industry open standards, and physicians' practices getting single point electronic solutions. The physicians' practices utilizing Mobile MedData: EHR would be able to create orders within the EHR software, send to Biorefence electronically, receive lab results electronically, and view them from the EHR software itself. The complete process of collating orders from all physicians of the practice, and providing them lab results would remain transparent to the physicians and their staff.  

The physician partners at Boston Road Medical Associates, Bronx, New York have started utilizing the HL7 interface, and were extremely happy to see that the total paper-work of lab ordering and document scanning of reports were completely eliminated.
